The schedule has been issued through Government Order No. 859-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated May 3, by the General Administration Department (GAD).

Third Phase: May 18–22

For the third segment, from May 18 to May 22, the designated officers are:

  • Ashish Chandra Verma, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Tourism Department
  • Naveen S L, Secretary, Civil Aviation Department

Officials noted that this phase coincides with peak summer activity, requiring efficient administrative coordination.


Final Phase: May 25–29

In the concluding phase of the month, from May 25 to May 29, the following officers will be stationed at the Secretariat:

  • Shailendra Kumar, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Finance Department
  • Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, Administrative Secretary, Labour and Employment Department

This final rotation ensures continuity of governance as the month draws to a close.
