Manoj Sinha on Monday inaugurated the All India Inter-University Wushu Championship at the University of Kashmir, urging athletes to act as ambassadors of the Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyaan and inspire youth to stay away from substance abuse.
Addressing participants at the उद्घाटन ceremony, the Lieutenant Governor emphasized the transformative role of sports in shaping a healthier and more disciplined society.
