In Srinagar, Aadil Fareed, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), has been designated as the nodal officer. For Baramulla district, Altaf Hussain Musavi (ADC) will take charge.

Bilal Ahmad, Assistant Director in the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) department, has been assigned responsibility for Ganderbal, while Iftikhar Ahmad will oversee Pulwama.

Similarly, Adil Manzoor Wani (District Informatics Officer) will handle Bandipora, and Muzaffar Ahmad Malik (AD, FCS&CA) has been appointed for Anantnag.

In Budgam, Mohammad Yousuf (AD, FCS&CA) has been designated, while Shopian will be monitored by Nisar Ahmad (AD, FCS&CA).

For Kupwara and Kulgam districts, Irfan-ul-Ashaq and Syed Ashaq Hussain, respectively, have been assigned as nodal officers.


Divisional-Level Coordination Mechanism

To ensure coordination across districts, Mohammad Hussain, an officer of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS), has been appointed as the nodal officer at the divisional level.
